Cooking Instructions

Melt 75g dark chocolate in microwave it should cum to boil then milk olper cream mix them and put it in refrigerator

Take a bowl add 125g dark chocolate and melt with butter then add eggs and beat them for 5mins then keep on adding white sugar in batches

In another bowl mix flour baking powder brown sugar vanilla essence salt vegetable oil then add a cup of hot water to it... Fold it thoroughly.

Combine both mixtures and pour it in a cake mould lined with butter paper

Preheat the oven at 150c put the mould in it for about 50mins...donot over bake it... It will remain fudgey soft in the middle...

Let it cool unmould then spread chocolate cream n also sprinkle grated chocolate over it
