Finely chop the onions and carrots. Put in a pan with oil and water for a few minutes to soften.

Add the peas and paprika. Stir well.

Add the tomato purée into the mixture with more water.

Get some of the stew liquid and mix in a separate bowl with the flour, adding small amounts and mixing well.

Slowly add the flour mixture into the stew pot. Mix, mix, mix!

Sprinkle with the finely chopped dill and remove from hob.
