Qeema samosay

#ambassador... Try this karachi street style qeema samosay recipe in this ramzan...
Steps

In a pan add qeema, salt, red chilli crushed, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste... Mix it and cook it on medium to low flame until water dry and mince is tender....

Now let it cool at room temperature then add finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli mix it..

Now in a bowl add flour, water and mix... Flour slurry is ready... Take samosa sheet and make pokect,add mince filling in the center (around 1 tbs) and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with flour slurry...

.. Similarly make other samosas...
-(can be store in freezer upto 2 weeks)... Then in a wok add oil heat it and fry samosa until golden brown and crispy...
