Mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and cumin seeds in a bowl. Add water init and stir it continuously to make fine batter. Batter should be in moderate consistency.

Now add onions slices in batter and mix it well. Leave it for 2-3 minutes.

Pour oil in a deep pan. When oil becomes medium hot, pour onions mixture with your in a oil.

When fritters become golden brown, take out them in a strainer to strain excess oil. After a minute, serve them in a serving plate.
