Easy Non-Fried Potato Wedges

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

These are great for when I want to eat some wedges but don't feel like going out to buy any or deep-frying anything.

I just made these easily when I felt like having some. You can make these in the toaster oven rather than a conventional oven.

If you use an actual oven, they come out nicely if baked for 5 minutes at 200℃. Recipe by aramassan

Steps

  1. 1

Cut the potatoes into wedges. (Don't cut them too small or they will fall apart when microwaved).

Put the potatoes in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes.

Put the tray into the toaster oven. Keep your eye on the wedges and once they brown, flip them over. They will probably need to cook for about 10 minutes.
