Chewy and Soft Pizza Dough

When I had bread with natural yeast for the very first time, I was so surprised how delicious it was. I've been using this yeast since then when I make homemade bread....
It can be used the same way as the regular yeast.

I don't have any hints in particular. Let the machine knead the dough and roll it out. Even when you roll out the dough, just stretch it with your hands The dough will stretch easily even after putting it onto the cookie sheet, if you just pull it. Recipe by pe:wa

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 210 gramsBread flour
  2. 90 gramsCake flour
  3. 195 gramsLukewarm water (about 35-36℃)
  4. 7 gramsNatural yeast (or fresh yeast)
  5. 15 gramsSugar
  6. 2 gramsSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Sprinkle the yeast granules into the lukewarm water. The yeast will sink if the water temperature is too cold or too hot.

  2. 2

Add the salt, dry ingredients, and sugar in the pan of the bread machine. If the salt touches the yeast directly, the power of the yeast will weaken. So add the salt at the bottom.

  3. 3

Once the yeast from Step 1 has soaked for about 5 minutes, gently stir, to dissolve the yeast with a spoon, and pour it into the pan.

  4. 4

Chose the "pizza dough setting" on the bread machine and press start. When the bread machine beeps to let you know it is done, take it out of the pan. Dust a working surface with some flour to prevent it from sticking.

  5. 5

Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, and roll into balls. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cover the bowl, so the dough does not dry up.

  6. 6

The dough is done!! Make pizza with your favorite toppings.

  7. 7

You don't need to use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Simply lift up one of the edges of the dough, and it will start stretching with gravity.
