Fry the papri. (I used leftover samosa patti sheets, cut into strips and fry).

Cut potato into large diced shape. Add oil in a pan and fry the Potatoes from both sides just in light brown colour. Then add chat masala, cumin seeds.

Then squeeze about 1 tbls of lemon juice and mix well. Then put into the serving bowl.

Add boiled chickpeas and fried crushed papri on the cooked potatoes then green sauce.

Tasty Khattay Aloo chaat is ready to serve.
