Blueberry Jam, Made in the Microwave

I came up with this as a way to use and preserve the blueberries we harvested.
It's been said recently that the scum contains polyphenol, so it might be OK not to skim?
The jam will be runny when you take it out of the microwave, but will harden when chilled. Be careful not to let it boil over, and mind you don't burn yourself. Recipe by Momopanda

Steps
- 1
Put the washed blueberries and honey into a heatproof bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.
- 2
Remove the scum and microwave 3 times (30 seconds each time), then you're done. It's runny, but it will harden when cooled.
- 3
Pour the jam into a sterilized (washed and microwaved for 2 minutes) jar and let it chill. All done!
