Grape Jam

I created this recipe because I received a lot of grapes.
When you are pouring the jam into bottles, it might be still runny, but when it cools, it will thicken and be perfect. Recipe by uzukaji

Steps
- 1
Wash the grapes one by one, cut in half, then remove the seeds.
- 2
Add the Step 1 grapes into a pot, add the granulated sugar and lemon juice on top, then turn on the heat.
- 3
Remove the grape skin (about 1/3 of the mixture) halfway through cooking. It's easy to scoop out the skin when it floats to the surface.
- 4
Simmer for about 30 minutes while adjusting the heat between low and medium, then it's done!
- 5
Pour into bottles.
- 6
Stick a label, and wrap it.
