Chop the fruits into small pieces

Take any mould you want. You can take round tin cake mould or muffin tray.
I used muffin tray and round cake mould here - 3
Take cooking pot add 1 litre coconut water. Add sugar. Add 2 sachet of china grass and stir it well.

Stir continously till the coconut water come to a boil and make sure that sugar and china grass is dissolved

Take moulds and divide the fruits in it. And add coconut water in each moulds. Let it set for 5 to 10 minutes

Meantime add sugar and 1 sachet of china grass to 500 ml coconut milk

Keep stirring well till the sugar and china grass get dissolved

Pour over the fruit and coconut water. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes

Place in a refrigerator to chill

Take it out after 3 4 hours
To demould-
Place a plate over the moulds and flip it
