Add sooji in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 bowl water and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Add grated boiled potato and wheat flour. Add salt, carrom seeds, turmeric powder and cooking Oil for moyan.

Mix all with your hands. Knead like a dough. No need to add water now. Water mixed with suji and moisture in potatoes will bind the flour perfectly. If need be, add a spoon full of cooking Oil. Rest for 10 minutes.

Make small balls of dough. I have prepared 10 balls with this mixture.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Roll balls.

Deep fry from both sides till golden brown colour. Make all the puris.

Serve hot with potato sabji. It can also be served with masala chai.
