  • 3tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Sunflower oil
  • I red chillie

    Boil the beef for a while

  2. 2

    Cut the onions and fry

  3. 3

    Add the beef and spices and fry

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes puree ànd simmer

  5. 5

    Add stock

  6. 6

    Serve with yellow ugali

@zawadi_kitchen where do you get yellow corn flour, I needed it for a Jamaican porrige recipe but had to substitute with regular white flour.
