Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 cupyogurt (about 250 grams)
  2. 4 tablespoonspowdered sugar (bura)
  3. 1apple, thinly sliced
  4. 10-15grapes
  5. 4 tablespoonsfox nuts (makhana)
  6. 1 teaspooncharoli nuts (chironji)
  7. 6almonds, chopped

  1. 1

    Strain the yogurt through a sieve to remove excess water. Do not add any water.

    Add the powdered sugar to the strained yogurt and mix well with a spoon.

    Add the chopped apple, grapes, and fox nuts to the yogurt and mix. (You can also add banana slices or pomegranate seeds if you like. I didn’t have them on hand.)

    Mix everything together. Top with chopped almonds and charoli nuts, then serve.
