Sago pearl vada
Steps

Wash and soak sago pearl about 4 hours in about double of water.

Wash and boil potatoes for 2 whistle. When properly cooled peel and grate with grater.Add soaked sabutdana.

Mix spices and green chilli and ginger chopped.

Mix properly and make small ball size vada.
- 5
Make hole in between with finger or any round object.

In a kadai add oil for frying as heat properly fry all vada until golden brown in color form both sides

Remove on a paper plate and serve hot with green coriander chutney and tamarind chutney
