Cluster beans sabzi/ gavarfali sabji

In a pressure cooker add oil. Till oil heats, in meanwhile we will make fresh garlic chutney
For that take garlic and crush it using mortel and pastel. Then add in Kashmiri red chilli powder and grind it till it mixes well. Take it out in a small bowl. - 2
Then in the heated oil, add in mustard seeds and let it pop. Add in asafoetida, tomato pulp and mix it well. Then add in turmeric powder and salt and coriander powder and mix it well.

Then add in fresh garlic chutney and mix well. Then add in chopped cluster beans/ guvarfali and chopped potatoes.

Mix it well. Stir it for a minute or two. Then add in 1 cup water. Then add in jaggery that is completely optional.

Now close pressure cooker with a lid and let it cook for 3 whistles.

Now after the cluster beans and potatoes are cooked let it cool till pressure cooker opens.

Now your cluster beans sabzi is ready to be serve. Garnish it with some onion rings. You can serve it with roti/ bhakri.
