Ingredients

  1. 15.25 ozcan of whole kernel corn (drained)
  2. 14 3/4 ozcan of cream style corn
  3. 8 ozpackage of corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
  4. 1 cupsour cream
  5. 1/2 cup (1 stick)butter (melted)
  6. 1-2 cupsShredded Cheddar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    In a bowl mix both can of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.

    Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.

  4. 4

    Bake for 45min or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheddar.

  5. 5

    Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  6. 6

    Serve it warm. Enjoy!
