Burfi is most popular sweet in India,makhana is one of the fasting food with many health benefits.
Steps

Roast makhana adding a spoon ghee till crisp. Grind it to powder.

Boil milk with malai and reduce it to half.
- 3
Add dry fruits powder and sugar cook for sometime then add makhana powder and coconut powder mix well.

Cook the mixture till it leaves pan add spoon ghee mix it then add to greased plate top with dryfruits press lightly. Keep it to set in fridge for 1hour.

Cut in pieces and makhana burfi is ready.
