Steps

Take a big bowl add flour into it

Add salt and 2 tbsp oil in it

Knead the soft dough with the help of water

Rest for 20 minutes after covering the dough

Now make balls of desired sizes

Flatten balls by rolling pin

Apply 1 tsp oil and spread over it. Sprinkle some dry flour and roll into a long cylinder shape.

Roll that cylinder into spiral shape and rest for 5 minutes

Now flatten that spiral roll again gently and make roti of desire size but not too thin

Now put this roti on heated tawa. Flip the side When cook from one side. Add oil or ghee and fry it

Take out when turn golden from botside
