  1. 2.5 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. Water as required
  5. Oil/ghee for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Knead the dough and rest for 15 minutes or more

  2. 2

    Make a small portions/ball 6 to 8 from this quantity

  3. 3

    Take each ball roll it like roti

  4. 4

    Heat the tawa at high flame add oil/ghee place roti and cook from both sides

  5. 5

    Serve hot with your meal & enjoy
