For vrat wali tamarind chutney only replace the regular salt to rock salt.

For vrat wali mint chutney..in a grinding jar add 1cup mint leaves, rock salt, 1/4cup raw mango pieces, 2tbsp jaggery, 1tsp roasted Cummin powder and green chilli grind all till smooth.

In a bowl add curd, sugar and 1tsp salt whisk it well till smooth.
Add potatoes slices in it and mix with soft hand. - 4
Now in serving plate firstly place potatoes, then apple and some more potatoes, then spread both chutney, some Cummin powder, shredded carrots and beetroot, pomegranate, mint leaves and aloo lacha at top.
