  • 2Boiled potatoes
  • 1coconut
  • As neededGinger and green chilli paste
  • as neededCashews,rasins,coriander,roasted peanuts
  • as per taste,lemon,sugar,salt
  • as requiredSingada flour,

Steps

    Boiled potatoes and mash it properly

  2. 2

    For stuffing
    Grated coconut,now add ginger chilli paste,roasted peanuts crushed in chilli cutter than add

  3. 3

    Lemon,salt,sugar,cashewnuts,
    Resins,coriander and some amount of mashed potatoes
    Your stuffing is ready

  4. 4

    Now in mashed potatoes add salt and little amount of oil and mix it well

  5. 5

    Now take potatoes mixture into palm and bring it nto katori shape and put some coconut mixture and bind it well

  6. 6

    Make a round shape and make a coating of singada flour and fry it in a medium flame

  7. 7

    Your farali petis is ready.serve it with chilled curd
