  • Water as required
  • 1 pinchSoda or baking powder

  1. 1

    Add warm water in pakora mix gradually,
    And mix it with whisker or hand.

    Add soda and beat it well,

    Beat until mix well and shouldn't be any lumps left in it,
    It should turn out to be a semi thick and silky smooth batter.
