Method
Set up a double boiler, and melt chocolate over it.Once Chocolate is melted mix fresh Cream and take off flame. Keeps Aside to cool down.

In around 15ml Water mix Gelatin and set aside to activate.
In another bowl, take Hung Curd and add Cocoa powder to it. Whisk it well so that no lumps remain.
For With Gelatin version, Now Fold in the prepared Chocolate and Cream Mixture, followed by gelatin mixture. Make sure everything is mixed properly. Now pour mixture into a container and let
