Steps

Measure the flour into a bowl then the butter and mix to form breadcrumbs

Add in the grated onion. Pour in the water gradually until a dough is formed

Wrap dough in a cling film and allow to rest for 15mins. Then placed on a floured board and use a rolling pin to flatten it to a very thin sheet. roll
- 4
Heat up oil for deep frying, shred the flatten dough into pieces and drop into hot oil.
