Steps

Take a bowl add flour, Ghee, salt, water as required knead a dough and rest for 30 minutes.

After resting time make a equal size ball.

Make a roti and spread the paste on it. Fold in it half and apply paste. Repeat this procedure twice. Make a ball and rest for 20 minutes.

Take a pan add oil oil, ginger garlic paste and stir fry. Add chicken boneless and all dry spices and stir fry the mixture. Then add onion and cook until the water is dry. Now shred the chicken pieces.

Take a ball and roll out in a square sheet with a rolling pin. Place the chicken mixture in the centre. Now collect the corners and fold to secure it and press in the centre to give shape.
Repeat this process to make more kachori. - 6
Deep fry on medium flame till light golden brown. Kachori is ready to serve with your favourite sauce.
