Powdered the granulated sugar. You can adjust sweetness as per your requirements.

Then take a mixing bowl put besan, wheat flour and sooji. Mix well.

Next into this mixture add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and salt. Mix all very well.

Now take ghee at room temperature. Put it in the mixture and rub nicely so that mixture is nicely coated with ghee.

Next add milk,also at room temperature. Add gradually and knead to make a crude dough.

Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile take almost equal portions of the dough and shape them into nan khatai (cookie shape). Take small portions as because while baking they tend to increase in size.

Arrange the nan khatai on a baking tray in a staggered manner. Garnish with almonds on top.

Place the tray in the middle rack, with both mode on. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
