Ingredients

  • 250 gmurad dal
  • 2 ltr milk
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut

Steps

    Wash &soak the uraddal more than 2 hours.Than take a grienderjar put the soak uraddal &blend it to make a paste. Forment it nicely on your hand. Heat a pan add water,& boiled the water nicely.Than take a spoonful of uraddal mixture & pit on the boilling water.Cooked till it's becomes comes on the top of the water.In the meantime in another pan boils the milk with sugar.Now put the boiled uraddal balls on the boilling milk.

    Now add desecatedcoconut, cadamompowder & a pinch of salt Cooked another 5mints.Gattei is ready.Cool it & serve it.
