Arrange all the ingredients. Boil the pre soaked chanas and add salt once half done. Strain.

In a wok add sarson oil and heat it for 5-10mins until kaccha pan goes away and put the stove off.

No after 5 mins open the flame, add garlic and curry leaves and let then pop.

Now add onions and saute. Once they r done add tomatoes, haldi powder, red chilli flakes and some green chillies with 1/3 cup water and let it cook.

Let this masala cook, jab bhun jae so add boiled chaney and imli pulp.

Let the water dry, sprinkle green chillies and Chaat masala on top.

Garnish with chopped onions, fresh coriander and green chillies and serve.
