Flavorful Quiche Without Heavy Cream

Going out just to buy heavy cream is a pain, so I just made this with what I had at home.
You can bake this without bothering to bake the tart crust first, but for the best color and fragrance, put a weight on the pie crust, then pre-bake at 180 degrees Celsius (or 356 F) for 20~30 minutes.
If you don't beat the egg real well with a whisk, the egg whites will harden like in the picture (sorry for the bad example!). Recipe by Hiyokosan.

Boil the spinach in salt water and cut the ham into 1 x 4 to 5 cm strips.

Mix the egg, milk, cheese, skim milk powder, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add Step 1.

Bake in an oven at 180 Celsius or 356 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. It's done!
