  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 lbCorned beef
  • 2 cupSwiss cheese
  • 1 loafRye bread

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Mix sauerkraut and mustard in a bowl

  3. 3

    Spread into greased backing tray

  4. 4

    Layer the corned beef on top

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the cheese on

  6. 6

    Slice the bread and butter on one side

  7. 7

    Lay the bread on top butter side up

  8. 8

    Bake in the over for 25 - 30 mins
