Get a clean bowl, peel the bananas and mash it, add oil,sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder and whisk it well till all the ingredients dissolve, be adding flour gradually till all mix

Get a baking pan, brush it with oil, pour the batter inside, add dry coconut, chocolate, and dry grapes,the bake it mine is local baking cos there is no light... I put sieved sand in a pot, then I place A4 paper on top, followed by my baking pan, then I cover it with the pot lid, using low heat,, ready to bake
