Ingredients

  • Tamarind
  • Water
  • Sugar syrup
  • Flavour(vanilla)
  • Cucumber
  • Ice
  • clovesGinger and

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tamarind very well and place in a clean pot

  2. 2

    Add water, ginger and cloves and allow to boil for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Strain and leave it to cool completely

  4. 4

    Add flavour, sugar syrup and ice

  5. 5

    Lastly add slices of cucumber and serve
