Steps

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, crush maggi and add in oil. Toast on medium flame till crisp and golden.

In a large bowl add roasted Maggi, onion, tomato, and green chilies.

Now add all Spices, red chilli powder, chat masala and salt.

Add fresh lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.

Maggi bhel is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
