Take a kadai add water, refined oil, noodles and boiled it well.

Add some oil in a kadhai. Let the oil get hot and add some garlic and green chillies which should be finely chopped.

Add onions and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Now, add other vegetables (capsicum) and cook them 1-2 mins on high flame. The crunch of the veggies should be maintained.

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt in the veggies. As the sauce gets cooked, add the boiled noodles and add some black pepper on the top.

Now the noodles are ready. Serve with sauce. Garnish with some fried capsicum and coriander leaves.
