1/2 cupsooji
1potato finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1 pinchasafoetida
to tasteSalt
2 tbspfresh curd
1green chili
as neededoil

Gather all ingredients, and make batter, keep aside for 10 min

Heat a pan, sprinkle some oil, now spread batter evenly on tawa with a help of ladder, cook 2min, flip it

Cook both side, till it became Golden Brown, enjoy with any dip like sauce or fresh curd
