Mix the flour, seasonings & chilli powder then set aside, crack eggs & whisk then deep the cooked yam in the egg, then coat then with flour mixture, then back to egg again then fry in hot oil & flip to fry the other side until golden brown then remove from oil & continue the process.

Serve with ketchup, pepper, sauce or pepper soup enjoy😋😋😋
