Boil milk in a pan. When milk will become lukewarm/ neem garam, add 1 tbsp yogurt and mix it well.

Cover the lid and leave it for approx 8 hours in hot place. I prefer to put it in microwave (off) for approx 7-8 hours in summer and approx 10-12 hours in winter. Your yogurt ready to eat.
