Ingredients

  1. 1 tspTRIPHALA powder (a mixture of Hirada,Beheda,Aamala)
  2. 1 tspRASAYAN Powder
  3. 3/4 tspTURMERIC powder
  4. 1 tspMORINGA powder
  5. 1 tspASWAGANDHA powder
  6. 3/4 tspdry GINGER powder
  7. 1 tspTULSI( basil) leaves powder
  8. 1 tspMINT leaves Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the above-mentioned Ayurvedic powders in the shown quantity.

    All these powders must be freshly bought.

    Mix them in a bowl.

    Add 3-4 tbsp hot water, mix well.Take this Immunity booster mixture after lunch or dinner.It should be consumed regularly /daily 365 days a year.No side effects.
    Eat your dinner before sunset daily.Do not eat anything after sunset till 9 in the morning.
