Steps

Mix the flour with salt,cumin,butter., oil and yogurt. Pour some water and mix well to make a dough.

Put aside in room temperature for 45 mins. Cover with cling film.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

Put the cheese in the middle and wrap the dough around the cheese to make a ball.

Flatten it again to fit the size of the pan you are using.

Cook it in a pan brushing with oil in a low heat temperature.Finish with melted garlic butter and coriander.

Serve hot.
