Soak cashews and poppy seeds in milk in a bowl.

Now heat a pan and add clove cardamom pepper and cinnamon and dry roast them.

Now grind this spice and keep aside.

Now add the onion and grind it. (Add water as needed). Keep aside.

Now add cashew poppy seeds and milk to the mixer and make a fine paste. Keep aside.

Now heat the ghee in a pan and fry it by adding cashews. Keep it out when it turns brown.

Now add onion paste in the same pan and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Now add cashew paste and mix and fry.

Now add khoya and mix and fry.

Now add roasted spice powder and mix.

Now add milk and mix.

Now add sugar and salt, mix and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Add kasoori methi and roasted cashews and mix.

Now turn off the gas and serve hot with parantha or roti.
