Take oil and ghee in a pan. Heat it and then add 1 inch cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin seeds and roast it on slow flame.

Add finely chopped garlic. Then add ginger, poppy seeds and cashews to it.

Then add tomato paste and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, salt as per taste and curd.

Then mix it well and then cover it with a lid then let it cook for 10 minutes and cook till the oil has left pan.

Take all the vegetables and add some salt and sugar to it and boil it for 10 minutes.

Then in a wok add some oil,heat it.

Then add boiled vegetables and crumble some tofu and add it to the puree. Then let it cook for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.

Now the vegetable tofu sabzi is ready to serve. Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it.
