Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsPuffed Rice/Murmura
  2. as per tasteSalt
  3. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  4. 2medium sized Onions finely chopped
  5. 2medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 2medium sized Boiled Potatoes small cubed
  7. 1/4 cupFresh Green Coriander Leaves chopped
  8. 3-4 tspTamarind Dates Chutney
  9. as requiredBarik Sev

Steps

  1. 1

    Take puffed rice in heavy bottom pan. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and switch on the gas on low flame. Roast for a minute or two and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.

    Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cubed boiled potatoes and some chopped fresh green coriander leaves. Mix well.

    Add tamarind dates chutney. Give everything a good mix.

    Remove in a plate. Sprinkle barik sev on all over it. Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves and serve immediately. Enjoy !!
