Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 1 cupTurkish cottage salt cheese
  • 2 teaspoonRed chilli flakes
  • 2strings Spring onion optional
  • 2 TablespoonCilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoonGreen chilli Finely chopped
  • Wrapping
  • Chinese sheet as required
  • Flour Paste for sealing
    Flour Paste for sealing samosas and rolls

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients for filling
    Take the sheet put 1 teaspoon filling on sheet, and roll it tightly. Seal with Paste keep aside or freeze for later use.

    Heat the oil and fry on medium heat until golden.
    Serve hot.
