Wash and soak rice in water for 4 hrs.

Remove water from rice. Add coconut

Grind together adding very little water to smooth paste.

Add approx 2 cup water.

Batter should be like buttermilk.

Heat nonstick pan.it should be too hot.

Brush oil remove pan from fire.

Put batter on pan don't spread just tilt the pan little.

Put pan on fire. Cover Cook for 30 seconds.

Remove. Put dosa on plate let it get cool then fold.

Same way make all dosa.

Serve with coconut chutney.
