Ingredients

  1. 4potato
  2. As neededoil for fry
  3. 3tomato chopped
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  10. 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly Peel the potato and cut it

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and deep fry it

  3. 3

    Take a another pan add 2 tsp oil

  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds and roast it

  5. 5

    Add tomato, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala and roast it

  6. 6

    Add fried potato and mix it
