Ingredients

1 hour 30 min.
4 servings
  • 2 cupsboil chana(chick pea)
  • 2-3potatoes. (Boil with chick pea). Cut in small pieces
  • 2medium onions, fine slice
  • 1large or 2 medium tomatoes, cut in cubes
  • 2green chillies slices
  • 1/4 cupfresh coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4th tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4th cup tamarind pulp. (imli)
  • 2lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Steps

1 hour 30 min.
  1. 1

    Soak chana 5-6 hours, boil with salt and baking soda..drain extra Water.

    Take a bowl, add onion, potatoes, tomatoes.

    Add chana(warm), green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and chaat masalah.

    Add lemon juice and imli pulp. If need add salt. Mix well and serve.
