Wash the dal and rice together and soaked 1/2 hour. Than remove the water and put in the large vessel.

Add the 2 glasses of water in cooker and put on the medium flame. Add the cumin, turmeric, salt, hing, water & Ghee in the dal rice vessel. Cover with lid and put it in the cooker.cover the cooker with lid.

Cook the khichdi till 3 whistle on high flame. Than cook till 3 minute on low flame. Keep a side for 10 minute. A healthy full of rich protein, carbohydrates, energetic, easy Digestive khichdi is ready.

Serve with tomato🍅 rassam and Papad. Garnish with coriander leave.
