Take the samosa pati fold it like shown in the pictures

Fill the qeema and fold like the pictures shown
Make Qeema follow the link below.

Seal with flour Paste
Heat the oil, fry on medium heat
Until golden then remove from oil and put on kichen paper
Serve hot with chutney
