1 (1/4 inch)sliced) yellow squash
1 (1/4 inch)sliced) zucchini
1/2sliced red onion
1 tsporegano
1 tspthyme
1chopped tomato
2 tbspmozzarella cheese
1/4 cupchicken stock
to tastesalt, pepper
2 clovesminced garlic
2 tbspbutter

Saute onion, garlic for 2 mins

Add zucchini, squash, seasonings. Stir for 1 min.

Add tomato, stock. Reduce heat and cover for 2 mins.

Add cheese. Serve.
