Ingredients: 250 gms boiled chicken mince with salt n pepper; Half cup finely chopped cabbage; 1 carrot finely chopped; 1 Capsicum finely chopped; Half cup finely chopped spring onion; 1 kg boiled & mashed potatoes; 1 tbsp red chilli flakes; 1 tsp black pepper; To taste salt; 1 tsp dried oregano; 2 tbsp soya sauce; 1 tbsp Vinegar; As required Oil for Deep Frying; 2 eggs; Pinch salt n pepper; As required Bread Crumbs

These Croquettes were delicious n I enjoyed making this because my 4 year old helps me in making n he also took part in a kids cooking competition & Alhumdolillah won it 😍 so tht was also a proud moment for Mommy 💕

Peel potatoes, boil them & mash them. Now chop rest of the veggies.. & boil Chicken mince with salt n pepper.

Now mix all the ingredients & make your desired shape of Croquettes.. now beat 2 eggs with salt n pepper, coat croquetters in egg than with Crumbs. N keep it in freezer for 15-20 mins.

Now Deep fry them until nicely brown & serve them with your favourite Dip. Enjoy 😋😍
